What do I get on this steady-thing?
A look behind the scenes of beeing a small artists these days. Snippets of work maybe, thoughts about what’s happening. Something to read, something for your mind, something for your heart.
The good feeling of being on the good side.

Why should I support small artists?
Because every art – not only music – lives from the engagement of many, many people who put their thoughts, their emotions, their heart and a lot of their time into ist. Sadly enough most of them stay unseen.
And if you’ re not seen in these modern times you’re also stay unpaid.
Ironic circular reasoning: Most of the time you have to pay to be seen.

But don’t you get paid, when I’m streaming your song?
Yes and no. Technically we get paid. In reality it’s such a few amount of money per song that you can’t really count it. Or even think of make a living from it.

But today AI can do your job. Maybe just look for another hobby?
So called AI was fed with the work from millions of us – without even asking, so following this argument we should be paid even more.
Furthermore: AI is not able to create anything and especially not art. AI is just able to put together the most probable average stuff and though it may look like or sound like music it’s missing one important thing: The process of creation – because this process makes it art. Not the finished song or painting. It’s the heart and soul of the artist while creating it.
